WIRELESS etc. is the exclusive third party operator of the Wireless phones kiosks inside Costco Wholesale warehouses in Canada. We provide wireless offers exclusively for Costco members and offer a wide range of handsets and accessories. We provide wireless services from Canada’s leading providers: Rogers, Bell, Fido, Virgin Mobile, Sasktel, chatr wireless and Lucky mobile. You can find our kiosks in all the Costco warehouses across Canada.
A Typical Day
Waking up motivated to see what changes are for the day and any communications from both the carriers and Mansur our District Sales Manager. Relaying and updating the team on any important relevant information related to the business. Updating our results and setting targets and goals for the day, while making sure the teams are motivated and hungry to win but also have fun at the same time! Get to work, interacting with our customers and selling solutions and products to them that will impact their daily lives! Help assist any escalations my colleagues may have across the district and or just follow up and help mentor or coach them.
Professional Impact
The biggest impact on me professionally has been my leadership development here at Wireless Etc. Working here at Wireless Etc. has given me a good environment that fosters opportunities to develop my skills that work not only on my weaknesses but strengthen my strengths. Not only have I learned how to run a successful business through this development, but I also have been empowered to be a better leader by all the support we have access to from my peers/colleagues, the Learning and Development team, to the great people at Head Office. My District Sales Managers and Directors have mentored me through my career path here. Through their guidance, I have been able to lead by example, earn respect from my colleagues, influence my peers, and make more meaningful impact as a leader role on others as well.
Personal Impact
The many relationships and friendships that I have made, both personally and professionally. Being able to make long lasting impact on people and having them be a big impact on me! That is the most gratifying part of my career here. This is not talking about just the people I work with but also all the Costco employees and the great friendships we make with repeat loyal Costco members that become our best advocates!

This is a great place to work that is constantly evolving and changing. Which keeps you evolving and developing constantly. A great place to start a career path that will build on not only professional business skills but personal skills as well. There is room for growth and development, which is supported through online training, in class training, and leadership support.
