  • Ravi Nookala

    Ravi Nookala

    President and Chief Executive Officer

    Ravi is responsible for growing GLENTEL’s presence in the Canadian marketplace across all banners. Ravi began his career at Sony in 1991. Since then he has held senior management roles across Sony’s worldwide operations spanning the Middle East, India, Canada and the U.S.A. as President of Sony Mobile Communications (U.S.A).

    Ravi holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management – University of Toronto and has completed the Advanced Leadership Program at UCLA.

  • Damon A. Jones

    Damon A. Jones

    Senior Vice President, Retail Sales and Operations

    Damon Jones joined the GLENTEL team in January 2000 as a Regional Sales Manager after 18 years’ of manager and district manager experience in the Tandy/Intertan dba Radio Shack in Canada organization. He was tasked with opening the WirelessWave stores throughout the balance of Canada. In 2003 Damon headed up the challenge of developing the store in store concept, WIRELESS etc. within Costco brand. In 2006 Damon assumed responsibility of the recently acquired Telephone Booth and doubled the store count in the next couple of years. In 2011 Damon opened the Samsung store concept in Canada and currently leads the growth of that business unit. A senior executive who believes in inspiring an entrepreneurship environment with strong timely execution as a priority.

  • Harry Parmar

    Harry Parmar

    Vice President, Sales and Operations, Wireless Etc.

    Harry joined GLENTEL in November 2013 and has led the implementation and execution of changes management strategies designed to align and aggressively grow our wireless business partnership with Costco Canada. This strategy firmly puts the Costco Member at the centre of our operating model.

    Prior to joining GLENTEL, Harry spent 16 years at Future Shop/Best Buy Canada and Best Buy Europe in a number of increasingly progressive leadership and executive roles. During this time, Harry led business units in the following functional areas: merchandising & procurement, global sourcing, customer service & repairs centres, extended warranty, customer call centres, expanded assortments on-line, new business start up’s & experienced in international expansion – all at a Director or Vice President level. Prior to his time with Best Buy Canada, Harry held a middle management position in the retail channel at the start up Clearnet PCS (Now Telus Mobility). Harry holds a post college Diploma in Business & Finance (Marketing major) and also holds a Diploma in Marketing from the Chartered Institute of Marketing (DipM).

  • Erika Tse

    Erika Tse

    Vice President, Human Resources, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary

    Erika Tse joined GLENTEL in 2005. Erika has been practicing law since 1994 in various in-house counsel positions including Weyerhaeuser and Overwaitea Food Group. She obtained her Bachelor of Law from Dalhousie University and her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of British Columbia.

  • Hassan Founouni

    Hassan Founouni

    Vice President, Finance and Procurement

    Hassan oversees all Finance, Treasury, and Analytics functions at GLENTEL, working closely with the business to drive fact-based decision making and forward-looking planning activities. Prior to joining GLENTEL, Hassan held several senior finance and analytics roles at Best Buy Canada and the British Columbia Automobile Association (BCAA).

    Hassan is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA), and holds an MBA, specializing in Strategy and Finance, from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia.
